            We know that Riviera Maya is one of the favourite wedding destinations. Time marches on and weddings are evolving. For a long time, the normal thing at a wedding was to gather many guests inside a room, any weather outside: cold, hot, rainy or snowy. Times have changed and now weddings prefer them simpler, with immediate family and close friends and away from their cities or countries. I have the honour of living in one of the most famous destinations and meet couples from around the world and different culture that celebrates their love. More and more people decide to get married here and that is that the more than 18,000 couples who get married in this area each year have a choice: 1,034 hotels spread between Cancun and Riviera Maya.

           Today is the turn of Julia and Max, Russia and Israel, Christian and Jew, but a single purpose, to unite their love in front of the turquoise waters of Playa del Carmen, in the Mexican Caribbean. Mahekal Beach Resort, located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, created a private and intimate environment for Julia and Max and for the guests who travelled to Mexico from all over the world to have proof of the love between them.

Ceremony facing the sea, the «yes I do» during the fall of the sun was spectacular, the light filtered through the leaves of the palms of 15m (50 feet) high. A warm colour palette. It was undoubtedly the perfect day for Julia and Max. The reception was animated by traditional Mexican music, 3 female voices and a direct harp while the guests were encouraged for the rest of the night.

               Sabemos que Riviera Maya es uno de los destinos de boda favoritos. El tiempo avanza y las bodas evolucionan. Durante mucho tiempo, lo normal en una boda era reunir a muchísimos invitados dentro de un salón, hiciera frio, calor, lloviera o nevara. Los tiempos han cambiado y ahora las bodas las prefieren más simples, con los familiares y amigos más cercanos y fuera de sus ciudades o países. Tengo el honor de vivir en uno de los destinos más famosos y encontrarme con parejas de todo el mundo y diferente cultura que celebran su amor. Cada vez son más los que deciden casarse aquí y es que las más de 18,000 parejas que se casan en esta zona al año tienen donde elegir: 1.034 hoteles repartidos entre Cancún y Riviera Maya.

          Hoy es el turno de Julia y Max, Rusia e Israel, Cristiana y Judío, pero una única finalidad, unir su amor frente a las aguas turquesas de Playa del Carmen, en el caribe Mexicano. Ceremonia frente al mar, el sí quiero durante la caída del sol estuvo espectacular, la luz se filtraba entre las hojas de las palmeras de 15m de altura. Una paleta de colores cálida. Sin duda era el día perfecto para Julia y Max. La recepción estuvo animada por música tradicional mexicana, 3 voces femeninas y un arpa dieron pie a que los invitados estuvieran animados por el resto de la noche.
